We're back!  Here's a short you need to watch - The Audition.  In a world where being a person of colour is not easy, especially in the United States of America, this short film hits the nail on the head satirically illustrating why black people are not only good for the stereotypical roles they often get of crime, slaves, thugs, athletes or musicians, but can do just as well if not better given the chance in other roles.

The short is sketched around an audition where a black actor faces some tough choices between turning down a major acting gig (where he'd be paid a lot of money) or accepting it along with all the stereotypes about black people that it re-inforces.

Rating - 3/5 stars
